- A 20% deposit will be charged to the credit card used to hold the reservation on the day the reservation is made, unless previous arrangements have been made with Charleston Style Limo. The remainder of the balance will be charged 48 hours before service.
- The entire deposit will be refunded if the cancellation is greater than 4 weeks prior to the reservation date. Half the deposit will be returned if cancelled within 27 days of the reservation date. None of the deposit will be refunded if cancelled within one 14 days of the reservation date.
- A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to credit card on file if there is damage to the vehicle. Client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
- Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the client.
- In the unfortunate event of a mechanical breakdown, Charleston Style Limo will only be responsible for making up lost time on a mutually agreed date, not a monetary return.
- The driver has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client. He may or may not issue a warning before taking such action.
- Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
- Not responsible for delays or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions or unforeseen road blocks (ie. not salted, DUI checkpoints, accidents, etc).
- Although we do our best to return items left in vehicle, CSL is not responsible for items left in behind.
